Payment

For payment options we accept the following:​

  • Bank transfer to BDO

  • Gcash

  • Credit card via PayPal

Shipping

Items will be shipped once we have received your payment.

 

  • Shipping time is as follows:

    • Metro Manila: 1-2 business days

    • Provincial: 3-5 business days

 

  • You may also request for same day shipping via Grab Express or Lalamove and the payment must be shouldered by the buyer

  • For International Orders and Shipping,  we offer express shipping 5-7 days through DHL. If your country is not listed please email us at hola@ereneta.co so we can assist you with your order.

  • We are not responsible for any custom duties, taxes or any other expenses for international orders. Please check with your country's rules and regulations.

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Defects in the product

  • Garment does not fit

​

  • The item/s to be returned or exchanged must be sent back to us within 7 days from purchase date

​

  • Any exchange in another size or design is subject to product availability

​

  • All return and exchange shipping fees must be shouldered by the buyer. If it's a manufacturing defect, we will shoulder the local shipping back to you of the new product.

  • The item/s to be returned or exchanged must be unused and must have all the complete tags and the packaging it came with
